Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of our website and purchase of products, including physical and digital books, custom-printed apparel, and wall arts. By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Conditions
You represent that you are at least the age of maturity in your state/province. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Intellectual Property
All content—including books, scriptural apparel, wall arts, logos, text, and graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of Christfellows. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our products or designs without express written permission.

3. Products and E-Commerce
• Custom Fulfillment: Because all books, resources, and apparel items are custom-printed directly for order, we do not issue cash/credit refunds.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue items, or limit quantities without notice.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account info for all transactions at our sanctuary.

4. Exchange & Return Policy
We approach every transaction with fairness and excellence:
• Size/Color Swaps: We gladly offer seamless exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items of equal price. Swaps must begin within 14 days of delivery for US orders (21 days for international).
• Damaged Items: Contact modu@christfellows.org within 7 days of delivery with order details and a photo for a free replacement.
• Initiating: Contact modu@christfellows.org to begin.

5. User Conduct and Vision Community
When participating in our community, reviewing, or interacting with our sanctuary, you agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.

6. Limitation of Liability
Christfellows shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services or products.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

8. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms by posting updates. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically.
