Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to our sanctuary. We approach our relationship with the spirit of fairness, excellence, and mutual respect, aiming to reflect the genuine goodness of Christ in every transaction. Because all books, digital resources, and apparel items in our collection are custom-printed directly for sale, we do not issue cash/credit refunds. However, we are fully committed to ensuring you love your selection and will gladly work with you to make it right. Our doors are always open to serve you through seamless exchanges.

1. Seamless Exchanges
If your apparel item does not fit or you prefer a different color, we will gladly exchange it for:
• A different size or a different color
• Any other item in our collection of the exact same price

Please initiate your exchange within 14 days for US orders, or 21 days for international orders.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or stained upon delivery, we take full responsibility. Email us at modu@christfellows.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

To request a size swap or report damage, simply email us at modu@christfellows.org. We are here to serve you and ensure you can shop with absolute confidence.
