1. Seamless Exchanges. If your apparel item does not fit or you prefer a different color, we will gladly exchange it for:
A different size or a different color
Any other item in our collection of the exact same price
Please initiate your exchange within 14 days for US orders, or 21 days for international orders.
2. Damaged or Defective Items. If an item arrives damaged or stained upon delivery, we take full responsibility. Email us at modu@christfellows.org within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
