With all due respect to our different human perspectives, visions and endeavors. Let us simply state this spiritual fact. That is, there are basically three categories of human spiritual involvements. The first category are people who go through life without any link to spiritual issues. Some of these folks could be successful and happy with their lives, others in this category may be average in possessions and happiness in their lives, while the remaining in this fold, unfortunately could be facing hardship or terrible curve balls in life. This category of people without connection to spiritual issues might be of the fact that life’s alignment did not put them in any direct wavelength of spiritual motions and attractions. Thus, they mostly navigate through life by self intuition, and possibly by situational advantage or none. The second category are those who through life challenges need the attention and uplift from spiritual connection even with their self intuitions and situational advantage. Those in this category, balance or rather mix societal preferences with their spiritual connection because they somehow value the relevance they receive from the flow of spiritual power. They could have strong faith but can easily compromise it without remorse. These are people on the borderline of faith and societal pressures or values. The third group are those who by sheer life stripes are in direct front of the enemy of existence. They are somehow aligned by life to go fully with spiritual supply from God, and the alternative or even compromise is outright calamity. Their power of intuition and situational advantage or none, must align with the authority of the Divine. Those in this category are very few, but cannot afford to move away from the deep relationship with the Divine because this is their life. Let’s drive this home with these few examples. All kids up to 2 years old were ordered to be killed because of the birth of one child, named Jesus. The birth of Moses was in a similar fate, where the King ordered the midwives to kill every male born child of the Jews and subsequently ordered them thrown into the river to die. Joseph was sold into slavery by his own blood brothers. What about Prophet Elijah? All the prophets in his time were either killed or hunted to be killed. These examples amongst others brings to us how the enemy sees the destinies of some as direct affront or offense to its dark power and uses humans to perpetrate its devilish agenda. Judas betrayed his Master with a kiss for 30 pieces of silver.
Now, let us move on to the next level of understanding. That is, whether we agree or not, there is the force of good and of evil. These opposing forces have direct influence on all facets of life, not because they are equal nor competing, but that human allegiance or submission to one is by grace and the other by coercion, which is the height of deception. The force of good wants to share truth, love and orderliness, while the other chooses to sponsor decay, hate and unruliness under the pretense of human freedom without responsibility to truth and harmony. One is exposed to share that life is of the Spirit, while the other has always schemed to portray life as all physical, but deceptively keeping the deep secret of truth away from human focus with its spiritual force of manipulation. Now that this background is set, let us step up into the third understanding on spiritual warfare.
With no apologies, we are going straight to the Holy Bible here because, the word of God clearly brings it to the open and plainly too that “we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against rulers of darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places.” This verse among many others in the good Book makes us understand spiritual warfare is very real and is the fight between good and evil. This great Book of Eternal Provisions amply gives us solutions, such as, “we should put on the whole armor of God to overcome the wiles (Schemes or attacks) of the devil.” That is, we should walk in His Spirit and not fulfill the lust of the flesh. This means, we are not of the flesh but of the true Spirit, who is Truth. The great danger and deception of the world system is the cover up of evil, which is masterminded in spirit. This danger and deception has made most people to go after the physical effects of evil instead of its spirit. We mostly look at hate, jealousy, lusts, and other crimes as human manifestations of wickedness or evil and tend to address them from the physical dimension. This is how the enemy wants people to look at things; from the physical while it ruthlessly engages and perpetuates its spiritual schemes undetected and painfully unattended to. There are spiritual evil hosts like demons, witchcraft and other forms of evil spirits that use some humans to spread their evil spells on other humans and situations. These human vessels, who have submitted to these evil spirits, mostly operate from inside of families or within other human circles of interactions, and even within our hearts as strongholds that move to strangulate or weaken the soul from the juice of purity or purpose from Love, who is God. They are mostly dangerous and effective because their primary aim is to stay hidden in the midst of people by coming out beautiful and nice to people on the outside, while their real job is to suck blood, destroy lives, purpose and blessings by spreading misfortunes to others, who ignorantly or unknowingly assumes life on the premise of physical or on the surface. The great deception of evil is the ability to easily transform from human form into false spirit forms (Witchcraft), and applying the intentions from the dungeon of evil in spirits on other humans. Another deception of this evil realm is the ability to populate easily because there are male and female evil spirits, who indiscriminately engage in sexual activities among themselves with no sexual boundaries, which are then transmitted into the hearts of humans in the physical world, and then deceptively relayed again as the portrayal of freedom.
Notwithstanding these evil schemes, the good news of life is the great generosity from God in Christ Jesus, who gave to humankind true freedom and eternal fulfillment. The generosity of the Superior Spirit freely given to the human soul to enjoy, are the benefits of truth, peace, and love that surpasses hate, pride, and all cruelty. This generosity of the Superior Spirit is to purify the soul with the power of holiness and humility that weeds off all substances of corruption or spiritual infections, which aims always to destroy souls. Those who submit to the Superior Spirit even with their daily struggles are champions of good course to humanity because they represent the presence of Eternal goodness. That is, God in Christ Jesus gave humankind the great blessing of His Spirit and consistently reaffirms to the human focus to look at things through and from His Spirit. The enemy hates and would do everything against human focus by disrupting any connection to this Superior Spirit because it narrows the lifespan or scope of the enemy. This is actually the epicenter of spiritual warfare. That is, we either support the lifespan of the evil by submitting to its diabolical plots, played out in different deceptive schemes on human souls or we align and promote the virtues of life through the Spirit of Creation, who is God, by activating the power of His Spirit in our lives that would shine His light and destroy the dark and dangerous enemy hidden within our midst. The love, truth, peace, victory, health, wealth of God to humankind are first spiritual provisions that God wants to fill our souls with, thereafter they would transform into physical blessings by His Spirit. Therefore, spiritual warfare is simply the life and truth of God being challenged in the spiritual realm by the spirit of error, whose primary intention is to administer sin and death to existence. God the Father through Christ Jesus has given us His Spirit to enable our souls, which is the seat of the consciousness of His Spirit, to connect us into the realm of His Spirit, where we can truly engage in this ceaseless battle of good over evil. Therefore, we are urged to move into the spiritual realm through our souls filled with His righteous Spirit. This is our true calling and challenge of becoming more than conquerors. When Jesus was on the Cross, He made a very profound statement that God the Father should forgive the people for they knew not what they were doing by pushing for His crucifixion. This was because He knew the real master was in the spirit hiding but using deception and the spiritual ignorance of the people as its tools. Most gratefully, we thank God for His unsearchable riches in Christ Jesus by His Spirit already given to us. It is not by power, not by might, but by His Spirit says the Lord.
