Do angels have the Holy Spirit? Who are angels and are we supposed to worshipped angels? The above three layers of questions, demands deep spiritual answers to help us understand and relate better with angels. To begin with, angels are strictly spiritual beings created by God to carry out the instructions of God to humankind. They do not have legs and hands like human beings, or in forms, though some wear human features. They are in spiritually holy creatures in service to God and man. That means, they are spiritual beings that carry out assignments for God and man, depending on the circumstance and the required heavenly goal. They are always in the presence God, praising, and worshiping the glorious Majesty of God. They also, take messages from believers to effect different circumstances in the name of Christ Jesus.
One thing most people do not realize is that angels are not higher in status than believers in Christ Jesus because the in true spiritual equation of God, believers in Christ are now joint-heirs with Christ Jesus to all the promises of God. That is, God has made us higher in terms of authority and significance, because of our spiritual elevation into the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Angels sees us (Believers) in the spiritual eyes of Christ and in service to our needs or calls. However, they do not act on their own, except receiving orders from God or believers. Angels are spiritual creation from the Holy Spirit with knowledge and power of the Holy Spirit. However, they can only use the knowledge and power from the instructions given to them by God or through believers in the name of Christ Jesus. Their knowledge and power are dormant, only active when they carry out any assignment by God or man. They are obedient to God and never challenges any order of God, because that is the essence of their usefulness and happiness.
They do not procreate as earthly human beings do, because sexual relationship is not part of their characteristics from God. That means, true angels do not give birth to young ones or babies, because they are created from God as His messangers. The angels that procreate through sexual activities are the deceptive spirits (demons) of the dark. This because, they wrongly believe in numbers means more power, and going against the spiritual order of God that they can outwit God and His good purpose to humanity.
Believers in Christ are not supposed to worship angels, because they have no authority of their own in Heaven and they are all under the name of Christ Jesus, who is the only Way to the Father. Jesus Christ is the only intermediary or advocate for believers to the glorious Throne of God the Father. All their activities are constantly been regulated by God to only appeal to righteousness, truth, and love dispensations of God. Therefore, their obligation to serve the purpose of God faithfully makes them privilege spiritual beings, because they are witnesses of great spiritual activities from God. In fact, their existence is eternal and of high regards to God, because of the great testimonies or works they have witnessed and the magnificence of the Throne of God they consistently serve. When people worship or pray to angels and they get result from such act, they are spiritually misplacing their mark with God. They are unknowingly cutting off or limiting their life bond and relevance bestowed on them by God. The response they get from those worships or prayers to angels are actually appeasements to console their miseries of true spiritual awakening. That is, their rights, or inheritance with God is under cap or mortgaged by their human spiritual blend.
In summary, angels deserve high respect for their spiritual presence and great roles. However, we should not to worship them by placing them higher in status than children of God in Christ Jesus. That is not the arrangement from God, who has made us kings and princes over His divine promises.
